General
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
0.1.0 Nomembers are allowed to double clan within any game played by Pro Warfare.
0.1.1 Members caught double clanning, will be banned from clan on suspicion ofspying.
0.1.2 Members are allowed to double clan with any clan who does not play our game ATALL.
0.2.0 All clan members are required to have xfire and teamspeak.
0.3.0 All clan members are required to own at least 1 game the clan plays.
0.3.1 Members who do not have any clan games will still required to be active in theclan.
0.4.0 Members are not allowed to ever challenge authority by force. You can do it in a peacefull way.
0.5.0 This clan is a democracy styled clan.
0.6.0 No use of pornographic material or using racial words.
Forums

1.1.0 All Pro Warfare members must be registered on clan forums.
1.2.0 No posting of pornographic material or using racial words.
1.3.0 No spam is allowed in areas outside of the spam board.
1.4.0 Any threads that do not follow the rules of the area are subject to being closed ordeleted.
1.5.0 Members are allowed to speak their mind as long as it isn't breaking the rules.
1.6.0 Members are allowed to have custom signatures and avatars as long as it doesn’t break the rules.
1.7.0 Members are allowed to put their awards in their signature as long as they actually have gotten the award.
1.8.0 Any violations of our forums rules should be reported to a staff member so we can deal with the problem.
1.9.0 All Pro Warfare members must have their username as PWO-Name.
1.10.0 All Pro Warfare members must treat each other with respect.
1.11.0 Any form of hacking on the forums will get you banned FOREVER and removed from the clan.
1.12.0 No fighting/flaming on the forums.
Teamspeak
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.1.0 All members must be active on teamspeak at all times unless you have a good reason.
2.2.0 All members must be as respectful as they can on other teamspeaks.
2.2.1 Refrain from cussing in other teamspeaks.
2.2.2 Refrain from getting into a war with someone.
2.2.3 Refrain from making the clan look bad at all times.
2.3.0 Only staff can have SA on teamspeak.
2.4.0 Member channels will only be given if you are active, respectful, mature, and/or for doing good things for the clan.
2.4.1 Member name must be in their channel.
2.4.2 Clan tags are not required in the channel.
2.4.3 No typing of pornographic material or using racial words.
2.5.0 When playing a game, you are required to play in the gaming channels.
2.6.0 No spamming teamspeak channels.
2.6.1 If people ask you to be quite, JUST DO IT.
2.7.0 All members must have clan tags on with name while in teamspeak.
2.7.1 If you are caught in our teamspeak with special rights on teamspeak without clan tags, we will ban you for suspicion of hacking.
Online Gaming

3.1.0 Members are required to wear clan tags while playing games that the clan supports.
3.2.0 Members should maintain a positive and fun attitude during all gaming activities.
3.2.1 Always say good game at the end of a game even if it was horrible.
3.2.2 Do not flame or be immature to others.
3.3.0 All members must refrain from using profanity in games and show respect to eachother.
3.3.1 If someone is flaming you, you are not allowed to flame them back.
3.3.2 If someone is flaming you, you are required to try to stop it in any way possible. If it gets too bad, leave the server.
3.4.0 Members are allowed to recruit anybody they feel that would be a good part ofour clan.
3.4.1 When recruiting, tell them to go to the clan forums first, and then post an application.
3.4.2 No application, not in clan.
3.5.0 Members are allowed to report anyone who they think is abusing their rights in the clan.
3.6.0 The highest ranking member in the clan will have command in the server. If a high ranking member is giving you an order, you must follow it.
3.7.0 If you are playing a Pro Warfare supported game, you are required to be on teamspeak while Playing.
Staff
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.1.0 Staff can override any clan rule if they feel there will be a big problem.
4.1.1 The clan members can (without Staff permission) set up a poll to veto staff overrides
4.2.0 The remust be an odd number of staff members at all times.
4.3.0 The clan elects staff members.
4.3.1 Staff must pick nominees.
4.3.2 Staff must post nomination, no one else can.
4.4.0 A staff member can only be removed by a 2/3 staff votes.
4.4.1 Staff member cannot be voted off unless there is a good reason for it.
4.4.2 The staff member being voted off cannot vote for themselves to stay or leave.
4.5.0 Being staff does not mean you’re a higher rank than everyone else.
4.6.0 Staff is responsible for all clan actions and activities.
4.7.0 Staff can add, remove, or edit code(s) from the Code of Conduct with a 2/3 vote.
4.7.1 Members can request a code(s) to be added, edited, or removed from the Code ofConduct.
4.7.2 Staff can veto requests to add, edit, or remove code(s) if they feel like it can harm the clan in any way.
Disciplinary Actions

5.1.0 Warning system:
- 1 Warning - Nothing
- 2 Warnings - Talk with staff member
- 3 Warnings - Demotion
- 4 Warnings - Rank, Awards, and position in clan is cleared. (Start all over)
- 5 Warnings - Removal from clan. (You can rejoin if you would like)
- 6 Warnings - Banned from rejoining clan
- 7 Warnings - IP+Hostname is banned from Pro Warfare
5.2.0 Warnings can only be issued by a staff member.
5.3.0 Warning(s) 3-5 will be made public.
5.4.0 Staff determines if your violation will be a warning or a instant removal from clan.
